To enable the public to view the spa towns of the Massif Central as tourist destinations in their own right, the Route des Villes d’Eaux du Massif Central implemented a strategy to structure their tourist product in 2001.

The Association is positioning itself as an interface between the world of travel and the local operators of its 17 spa town resorts, with a view to fostering closer relations.

An offer related to wellness through thermal water is available in every spa town, with a wide range of packages and appropriate accommodation which can be connected to the Thermal Baths.

Now 250-trips strong, this production has been marketed by approximately 50 tour operators and travel agencies on a national scale on topics as varied as, among others, ‘wellness’, ‘sport and wellness’ and ‘cultural discovery’
